The fund has invested in SharingOS, a company specialized in Micromobility (move within 0-5 miles) market.
In the global micromobility market, almost all the vehicles are powered by batteries. SharingOS has developed a smart battery optimization software platform and distributed smart swappable batteries. The benefits of the swappable battery design by SharingOS allows vehicle operating companies to lower operating cost, lower capital investment and arbitrage electricity saving. Although SharingOS is in the crowed vehicle sharing market, it differs from others in that the company does not operate any of the fleets. Instead, it provides a whole sale turnkey operation as well as technology services to those who operate their vehicle fleets.
